·        Design Service’s Responsibilities for Concept Creation and Design Collaboration. Develop innovative concepts for display cases, kiosks, and store fixtures for new and existing customers. Collaborate with the sales team to incorporate industrial design changes for a user-centered approach. Ensure 3D models meet ADA guidelines and material specifications. Create technical drawing packets to review dimensions and make updates before rendering. Produce rendering packets for customer review, including multiple views with graphics, products, and measurements. Provide graphic design support to Milford’s team as needed. Work with the engineering team to understand guidelines and regulations, ensuring a smooth transition from design approval to engineering.

·        Marketing, SEO and Website Responsibilities for maintaining communication with GetPhound and stay updated on their services for Milford. Review and ensure blogs are up to date for social media posting. Provide updates to keep the website current. Monitor Unbounce leads from Google Ads and manage Google search keywords to attract new customers.

·        Project Management Responsibilities for Running the project through JobBoss and sending the projects through the CutRite program for the CNC machine. Reviewing finished project and signing off on the project. Keeping the filling system up to date on all the most current paperwork.
